What is xTendLink?

XTendLink is AMC Banking’s cloud-based bank data conversion service that connects your ERP directly to your banks—eliminating format complexity and manual handling.
Instead of dealing with hundreds of bank formats, XTendLink standardizes communication between your ERP and 600+ banks worldwide, so everything works in one consistent flow. This means faster payments, smoother bank statement imports, and significantly less manual reconciliation.
Whether fully embedded in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Business Central) or integrated via web services into any ERP, XTendLink ensures that your financial processes run efficiently, securely, and at scale.
How does it work?
File-based or direct communication
AMC Banking has a cash management solution for any size and type of organization, from the SMB segment to multinational corporations, government institutions and non-profits.
File-based communication
- Allows users to manually handle payment files and import bank statement files
- Allows users to create payment files within their ERP, export the files to XtendLink for conversion and upload converted files to their web bank portal for execution
- Possibility to download bank statement files, import them through XTendLink and automatically reconcile against open invoices or transactions, and to reconcile bank accounts
- Recommended for small to medium scale operations with fundamental to intermediate banking requirements
Direct bank communication
- Using SFTP/FTPS through your own XtendLink server allows for completely encrypted communication with your bank (or banks)
- Lets users enter and approve payments directly within your ERP without logging into your web bank portal, improving the speed and efficiency of outgoing payments
- Reduces errors through intelligent validation and customizable approver rules
- Automates incoming payment and account reconciliation processes using electronic bank statements
- Recommended for medium to large scale enterprises or organizations with substantial transaction volumes
