What is included in bank account subscription fee (Service plan 1)?

Yes! You can use the solution. In fact, the module is already built into Standard NAV and Business Central because of our cooperation with Microsoft. All you need to do is register here. And link your account to NAV or BC. You can see the whole set up in our video How do i: Use the Bank Data Conversion Service. We do not calculate a part of the period. You simply get the first part of the period for free. The bank account is billed on the coming invoice and the billing period is always the next 3 months.

No! During your test phase you will be able to put your bank account subscription on hold. You simply get a demo login and we won’t bill the bank account registered to this login.

The update agreement is part of your bank account subscription fee. By paying the bank account subscription fee you will have free access to our Support Desk and free updates in the future.

The bank account subscription is billed quarterly, 4 times a year.

To delete a bank account, you simply login to our service and remove the bank account from it. You will not get a credit note for a potentially unused period. The termination period is to the end of a subscription period.

First of all, the first bank account pr. license (Dynamics NAV and BC) you subscribe to will be free of charge.
1. You will be granted access to our support system where you will get acces to real qualified support personnel (Not robots).
2. You will have access to all our bank formats. You can find all the supported bank formats on our website here.

You may have 200 transactions in each batch. This means you create a maximum of 200 payments in each journal and you can have up to 200 transactions in each of your bank account statements. If this isn’t enough for you, we recommend having a look at the Small Business or Enterprise Solutions.

If any of your files contains new bank accounts that have not been used by you before, you will receive an email that you have used a new unknown bank account. The email contains a link where you can approve the use of the bank account. Next time you receive the bank account subscription invoice you will see the approved bank account. If you do not approve the bank account in the received email you will not be able to use the bank account with our service and you will of course not be paying a bank account subscription fee.

Yes! You can use the solution. All you need to do is install a small module which contains the interface to our conversion service (XTendLink) in Azure Cloud. This will enable you to use the standard Banking tools to make payments through our service.
