# Creation of new approver from My account

To add a new approver in XTendLink, you create the approver under **My Account** on the relevant bank. The request must then be approved (either **two Green B** approvers or **one Green A** approver). After the final approval, the new approver activates their access via an email link and sets a password. **Both approvals and password setup must be completed the same day before 00:00 (midnight) GMT.**

##### Steps:

1. Log in to XTendLink and go to My Account.
2. Find the relevant bank → click Edit → select Add approver → save.
3. Approval required:
   • Two Green B approvers, or
   • One Green A approver
4. Each required approver logs in → My Account → Edit the bank → open the new approver → click Approve → enter password.
5. After the final approval, the new approver receives an email → clicks the activation link → sets a password (same day before 00:00 GMT)
